Podcaster Allison Gill has obtained documents on Maxwell's security score, sex offender waiver, and other details related to the convicted sex trafficker's unprecedented move to a minimum security facility in Texas and they reveal truly sweetheart terms.

A source connected with Gill and revealed that Maxwell's transfer code is 308, which translates to "Lesser Security Transfer," a stunningly lax protocol for a woman convicted of such monstrous crimes. Gill writes that this code is "normally reserved for inmates whose point total has come down, but sex offenders are never transferred to minimum security facilities."

Maxwell's security point score is 27, which is the sum of a 20 point custody score and a 7 point "base score." Her base score is 7 because of her status as a sex offender.

"Despite her score of 27 resulting in a MINIMUM security level, BOP policy does not allow people with a sex offender PSF (Public Safety Factor) to serve their sentences in minimum security facilities," wrote Gill. "Someone has to waive the PSF to make that move."

The documents indicate that Maxwell is a "threat to the public" but they also show that her sex offender status, which should mandate stricter protocols, should be waived. Clearly, the Trump administration is pulling strings on her behalf.

Blanche served as Trump's personal attorney during the 2024 New York criminal trial in which he was convicted on 34 felony counts for falsifying business records. The most notable section of the documents obtained by Gill show that Maxwell's custody level is "OUT," meaning that she is eligible to leave the minimum security campus for work assignments. Epstein was allowed a similarly lax arrangement after striking a deal with U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta. Acosta eventually went on to become Trump's Secretary of Labor in his first term.

While it's unclear if Maxwell has been allowed to enjoy her work release privileges yet, the mere fact that she is technically eligible for them should enrage every American of conscience.
