[quote author=Ai_Took_Our_Jobs link=1749433604/2#2 date=1749434750]what Israel just did was an illegal act of piracy - those are Gazan waters, not Israeli waters, and they smacking kidnapped the members of the Flotilla. will their countries speak for their citizens?!
 Unfortunately not.

The IDF thugs have discovered they can murder children in Gaza and Palestinians living in the WB with impunity, because the world's leaders (apart from the Jewish-lobby-controlled US) don't raise a finger while claiming they support  "international law".

They are hypocrits because they don't want to transfer a certain degree of 'national sovereignty' to the sovereignty of the UNSC - which is required to enforce international law.

The US of course DOESN'T even pretend to support international law; on the contrary,  under Trump, the US is bringing in the US military to enforce Trump's migration policies in CA**, which a majority of people in CA don't want after it was revealed Trump's "storm-troopers"  were rounding up people who have lived, worked  and paid taxes in the US for many years. Reports of children locked up in a room without food for more than a day are obviously raising passions to breaking point among many people, in the Dem controlled state.

** possibly to divert attention from Trump's disastrous fallout with Musk over Trump's "Big Beautiful Bill. (Musk is wrong,  because  government debt doesn't necessarily result in the evil consequences Musk thinks it does, provided the economy keeps producing essential goods and services, without inflation).

Trump is following a well-examined  strategy adopted by Netanyahu: keep the war going, to divert attention from criminal prosecutions he is facing in Israel.

Hats off to the courageous souls on the Madleen; but until their governments are prepared to reform the UNSC so it can enforce international law, their efforts will be largely futile as far as stopping the war - any war - is concerned.

Most people are content to be diverted by 'games and circuses', some even claiming to be 'sovereign citizens'... , free from consideration of ethical values while their governements lead them to war - even after "the war which was supposed to end all wars" eventually resulted in the creation of the UN and international law, "to save mankind from the scourge of war".

This 'sovereignty' thingy requires further examination....
