There's a psychological reason why high-societal-status individuals have a positive, although temporary, effect on charity-giving... and why, if that high-societal-status individual falls from grace, the charities they supported suffer as a consequence.

i have a friend that breeds and sells queen bees you dumb knut. He can't keep up with demand. The worker bees don't stop working for the queen just because the dna changes. Where do you people come up with this crap? Cheesy

Yet to introduce a new queen to a hive - the old queen has to be removed or dead .... and the selected new queen placed into the brood chamber in a cage so the workers acclimatize to her and don't kill her because of her different dna/pheromones.

The hive then still works via her matriarchy.

When a queen dies in a non human controlled hive - they workers turn a/or several larvae into Queens by the food the feed them ... then when they pupate there is a fight between them to determine which Queen controls the hive.
