72.63 years (1975).

2025, Australia's life expectancy will be 84.21 years, both sexes combined.

Swings and roundabouts.

You have to remember back then politicians were paid a fair wage with outstanding superannuation and pensions.

Now they are paid outrageous wages with unbelievable superannuation and pensions!

It’s interesting.

The more our politicians earn the less off the majority of Australians are?

Just a note - Clare O'Neill last nijght said that Labor is rolling up its sleeves on the 'home building' but they want to encourage private investment - nothing to change from the vulture's market...

Apparently it's not just that government can build shady 'public housing' - actual houses and high rise - but private 'investment' is just as capable of building horizontal and vertical slums ... and the politicians and their mates will continue to profit from people desperate for a home of their own.

So - of the REAL issues untouched at this farcical election - what's the story on mass immigration now?  What about the Abo putsch for supremacy?  what about Albo's Apartheid?  What about Tent Cities?

The 50s, 60s and 70s -
when one man could support a wife and 4 kids and
own a house and car, all on one wage as a factory worker.

Those days are long gone - now we have communism.
