Trumps Fails On Deportation

I lived in Boulder while attending University of Colorado for two years and can tell you the place is full of illegal immigrants on expired student and/or work visas. I’ve yet to see one of his goon squads raid the homes, offices, and yes, even college dormitories where many a rich Saudi Arabian lives or say a RuZZian agricultural student who visa had expired over 5 years ago. With that said, I’m not at all discounting the horror at the attack but this is not a “Sanctuary City issue as it is ol orange F A T T Y’s narrow targeting of “border illegals” when many here came from plane and/or boat. This is a failure of the current regime and their racist bigotry scapegoating and posturing won’t help them.

The other problem is the structure and makeup of the immigration courts. They are not Federal courts created under Article III of the Constitution. Instead, they are part of the Department of Justice, and AGs, particularly on the MAGA right, render them less than neutral. The current regime in their infinite stupidity fired so many immigration judges, mostly the ones that granted asylum claims at higher rates. The courts themselves are underfunded, understaffed, and a model of inefficiency and unfairness. Children appearing by themselves usually without Constitutional representation. Trump's Immigration courts are a god damn joke and my fellow Coloradans in Boulder paid the price.

A firearm background check might have saved a whole bunch of lives yesterday (or some other day). The same background checks the Trump Administration are trying to permanently eliminate.

"Mohamed Sabry Soliman told a detective that he used Molotov cocktails in the attack because he had not been able to buy a gun, according to a Boulder Police Department affidavit. Soliman said he had learned to shoot a gun in a concealed carry class but had to change his plan for the attack after he was blocked from purchasing a gun because of his immigration status."

US District Judge Gordon Gallagher, a Biden appointee, ordered deportation proceedings to be halted, a day after the White House said it had six one-way tickets to deport the wife and five children from the US.

The decision was one of three immigration rulings on Wednesday against Trump by federal judges as he seeks to deliver on his pledge for mass deportations.

Illegals Help Film Republican Presidential Campaign Commercial

LOS ANGELES, CA — The Republican Party expressed gratitude to a local group of illegal immigrants who helped film some commercials for the next presidential campaign.

The rowdy group was filmed torching cop cars, looting stores, and waving Mexican flags, providing some "killer" footage for the 2028 race.

"Man, this is great stuff," said one Republican consultant as he reviewed a scene of several illegal immigrants defecating on an American flag while throwing bricks at people's faces. "We couldn't have asked for better footage here. Just 10 seconds will give us a 10-point boost in the polls. Thanks, illegals!"

Sources say Republicans have approximately 3,000 hours of footage depicting illegal immigrants behaving violently and cursing the country that allowed them in. "This is just the beginning," said one strategist. "I just saw an illegal immigrant shout 'Death to America' before kicking an old lady down some stairs. This is absolute gold."
