Waiting for call back…

…. They say in recording how busy they are and will call back on my number.
It’s inconvenient ….
Eastlink …. when are they going to call back? Been waiting one hour 20 mins so far.
I’m about to start cooking a roast, then hopping in shower, then watch Tipping Point….
I’m leaving my own message I’m too busy and I will call back when available! Roll Eyes

For me to answer phone I have to put earphones on so I can hear properly. And darn things are tangled Grin

2 hours later.
I’m in middle of cooking and my phone on charge… rush, pull out charger, plug in earphones and answer before it goes to voicemail!

I suppose call back is okay rather than sitting with phone waiting half hour or one hour like with bank, telestra, Vic roads …. Insurance companies so far seem speedier and if anyone is busier than others, they would be with so many claims of late especially with floodings.
Re: bank… I shun calling them because since our bank closed down in our area… I would be waiting 45 mins and more before I hang up.
The bank really doesn’t want to serve us customers anymore. I miss good old fashioned service Cry
