Been doing this job for 12 years now

Ever go to a new job and find that guy who's justification for all things is that he's been doing this job for 12 years or for however long... before showing it by sitting on his arse, doin SFA and spending Mondays hungover.
"I've been here for 40,000 years" he said, sitting on his arse.
Yep, that excuse is a common ego drop in all workplaces.

Been doin it for 12 years...

1. Wasn't good enough to 'evolve' into something better like promotions
2. Couldn't get a better other job
3. Too lazy to progress
