Two of them got bail -  WTF?

https://www.theage.com.au/national/victoria/two-teenagers-charged-after-shoppers...

Officers also charged two others, a 20-year-old man from Thornbury and
an 18-year-old man from Bundoora, who have both been released on bail.

Detectives said on Monday they had arrested and charged four known gang members over the brawl and that all eight people involved had now been identified and were known to police.

Court documents show one of the teenagers has been charged with affray by using unlawful violence, intentionally causing injury and possessing cannabis. He appeared in a children’s court on Monday afternoon with lacerations on his face, which his lawyer said required medical attention. The court heard he would apply for bail this week and was ordered to appear in court on Friday.

The other boy was charged with affray, intentionally causing serious injury and using a controlled weapon, court documents show. He did not apply for bail and was ordered to return to court on June 19.

Bail?

They terrorised 1000s of people in a busy shopping center -
they should be charged with terrorism and face
life imprisonment with no parole.

Machetes have been around for a very long time.
It's not the weapon that needs to be banned.

It's the PERSON/PEOPLE who hold it should be BANNED.
Just happens to be NEW IMMIGRANTS, SUDANESE.
Why are they not BANNED?

Maybe ban axes, kitchen knives and even pitchforks.
Where does that path end?

Gutless lying ALP and MEDIA Leftism not addressing the core issue that not all new immigrants are equal.

BAN MULTICULTURALISM
BAN SUDANESE.
BAN THE PERSON, NOT THE MACHETE WHICH HAS BEEN MORE TOOL THAN WEAPON

First thing that came to mind, ….and they’re just out from bail… Roll Eyes
Whose side is the government on?
Getting laws changed in Victoria for the safety of the general public is like walking through treacle.
All those retailers lose money when the place is evacuated, and locked down.
All because of offending little runts being let out myriads of times on bail.

It's terrorism – proof – it was done in public to terrorise people.

And what about all the supposed tough new bail laws?

Quote:
Bail rules should not be broken.
The Tough Bail Laws will restore respect for bail and its conditions –
at all levels of offending and for all ages – with consequences for breaking the rules.

Two of the alleged culprits are already on bail.

The British influence is to keep the crime under control.
The American (Media) influence is to liberate the criminal here.
The British criminal committed it's crimes in Britain, not here.
The Americanised Free Settlers with its 'freedom' commits the crime here.

Just my personal opinion. The American Media influence here, is what influences crime here with its anti British undermining here.

It wouldn't be classed as terrorism under Australian law.

That's for a court to decide - not you.

Terrorism should be on the charge sheet.

Only a return to swift 19th century British justice can give us law and order:

the stocks,
the birch,
the cat of 9 tails,
the gallows.

Indeed.

And the court would dismiss and charges relating to terrorism.

However, the police won't charge them with any terrorism offences so the point is moot.

While it most certainly was a terrifying act, it's not an act of terrorism under Australian law.

The Media pushes to undermine the British political influence and sponsorship here by supporting mass murderers who cry they only stole a loaf of bread.

Bullshit -

why was it done in public in front of 100s of people in a food court?
They could have met up in a lonely, isolated place to have their machete fight.
