What evidence do you have to doubt that any of the presidents who selected those VPs did not rank competence over not being upstaged?

Ranking?  Cheesy moving goal posts again?

So, no evidence, then...

You might want to research how many VPs went on to do nothing in politics, not just not being the second-best choice for president (something that Washington and the other founders imagined the VP to be), and compare them to the likes of former VPs Adams and Jefferson, after Washington's presidency.

you're the dumbarse claiming they are not chosen for their competency, it's up to you to prove your statement and not up to me to prove you wrong Roll Eyes

I did. By the history of former VPs.

No you didn't. You realise that you claiming they were incompetent doesn't mean that they were incompetent, right? That's just your opinion, not evidence.  Cheesy

Given you've read nothing of the history of US VPs, you're not in a position to make any judgment.

Stick to working out how to move cashie money.

What is it about the stupid, and claiming white flags?

I guess if a US VP could build a shed, your competence bar would be met.

A comment made by Jake Tapper regarding his sources is telling of human nature.

He commented that hundreds of Democrats in Biden's administration and his reelection campaign team, who, before the election, insisted that Biden was fit to be president.

After the election, he said, they had queued at his door to admit they knew for well over a year before the election that Biden was unfit.

It seems even admitting they were complicit in covering up Biden's cognitive state is a better bet than their being perceived as having been duped.

I don't see what the GOP is trying to achieve with this investigation into Biden's health....It is not like he will run for President again....Unless the GOP want Presidents to undergo a yearly mental and physical test to confirm their fitness to serve as President....It wont happen in Trump's term???

Huh Huh Huh

I asked what the GOP hoped to achieve....The test should be independent and released....There is no requirement for any President to release his medical records....What don't you understand???

You can keep pretending VP's are incompetent is you like. But I doubt that any of the presidents that selected those VP's, or any of the members of the public that voted for them, will agree with you.

See, here's where your comprehension problem showed itself earlier in the piece...

I'll give you a second chance to reread how I used the term, competence, in the context of the person claiming the 'right' of succession, political viability, and not upstaging the presidential candidate.

Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

This is a serious flaw in the US political system.

It allows the likes of Joe Biden, Mitch McConnell and Dianne Feinstein to continue their political careers and stand for reelection even though they are showing symptoms of cognitive decline and even dementia.

Well now we have cleared that up....What do the GOP hope to achive....Do you think they will introduce any independent tests that must be released on themselves???

Huh Huh Huh
