Just another Feudal handout of a nice job, just like any Samurai Lord in the past, or some Central American dictator - to an old mate or , in the left case, to an old mate on the barricades...

The handing out of jobs like G-G is frankly disgraceful - overly subject to politics and not actual achievement and performance...just a reward for being 'on the party side' for so long....

We need to get rid of G-G and other appointments along political lines and have people of genuine merit and worth.
