Why do/can these skin lesions occur ?

My >> guess << would be.....that this individual has been eating 'unhealthy' foods, AND, has been eating >> WAY TOO MUCH << of those foods.

LESSON FROM THIS ???
As an individual 'can go'.......so too, a culture/society 'can go'.
