Firstly Judge Michael Allen needs to be suspended without pay. A public inquiry particularly focused on victims impact statements needs to take place.
A full public review of his past performance as a public servant should be published and a decision made of his capacity too continue  perform his duties.

Separate from that occurring victims need to begin a civil trail against   Judge Michael Allen.Which if successful should be followed by a criminal trial.

Once they , the judges,are held responsible for the crimes they have allowed to occur the complete shambles of justice system will finally have to be reviewed and brought into  line with today’s society.

I look forward too the government being elected to take on the task !

The 18-year-old was on bail with conditions to remain in a remote territory community and did not have an electronic monitoring bracelet as a condition of his bail," they said.

Assistant Commissioner Wurst said the alleged offender, who had only turned 18 three days ago, was granted bail in the NT Supreme Court "for serious matters" just last Thursday.

An NT Courts statement released on Thursday afternoon confirmed the alleged offender's prior charges, which were laid before he turned 18.

They included two counts of rape, two counts of aggravated assault, resisting police and possession of methamphetamine.

It's all well and good to carry on about 'violence against women' - this was a random attack with no reason or pre-warning.... best not to let your daughters walk home alone.  My daughter always had someone with her - her gay friend - or someone to pick her up.

When I was a young man we would walk a young girl home ... or put her in a bedroom to sleep off a drunk, so nobody could touch her.  Feminism with all its claimed 'FREEEEDOOOOMMM' for women has betrayed women as much as it has betrayed men - perhaps even more so since it stripped from women the sword and shield of the protection of good men by turning all good men into criminals and bastards with its lies.  (Note that 'feminism' is not restricted to the beefy, beery  wine-soaked women at the 'top' on valium and all jumped up on violence against social groups as their answer ... many 'men' are included in its ranks and suck daily on the poison before listening to our antidotes out here in the wilderness ... many young run around cutting their dicks off in one of many ways, chemically or surgically or socially, and wearing women's clothing so as to 'fit in' with the New Ruling Elite) ...

Round up the Usual Suspects - DNA test them for crimes - and find the keys to throw away.  Homeland is looking good.... Gondwanamo and Rendition for the rest ...
