In 2020, Buckingham Palace announced Harry the prince will step back from Royal duties, including official military appointments and is not called HRH. On 11th April, Not-Royal Harry visited the military in Ukraine with four serving or veteran military personnel of Invictus Games. The non-HRH wants full royal security when in UK which he left to be a private non-prince with no publicity. Harry is now a Yank, possibly British and may be a king. Or not. Or both.
