And Douglas Murray reveals in his interview, that those [public] protesters [on behalf of Mahmoud Khalil] have declared their political [and cultural] objective, as;

If they are charged and found guilty in a court of law, then they should serve a prison sentence. Unlike you, I count them as citizens and they have rights as citizens, Yadda. Absolutely disgraceful decision by a racist court.

Clear breaches of the first fifth and sixth amendments plus a few others.

ICE should not survive these outrages. This court should be closed by the next administration. This level of corruption cannot be fixed. It is start again time.

This guy was picked up and virtually disappeared because of his first amendment protected speech , his first amendment protected freedom to protest. He has a fifth amendment right to due process and a fair trial. His sixth amendment right to be tried in the State and district where the crime occured, His eighth amendment right to protection against cruel and unusual punishment and on it goes.
