Making lamingtons! Even messier! (Read 973 times)

What a sticky chocolaty coconuty job! Chocolate everywhere! But OMG after 2 hours it’s a taste sensation! I spread my own home made blackberry jam between layers. You know… if I ever win a big lotto … first thing I want… my own chef! With a European flair.

Anyone have a great recipe for finger buns? Bakeries (well, in Tas) don’t seem to make them anymore yet a coconut icing buttered finger bun is a nice snack on long drives etc.
