The Judge is not Qualified.
Probably sexually repressed in favour of a career for money and power.
Definitely not an expert in sex. Probably hasn't got kids either, being a very poorly educated breeder.
Never had an education from a sex teacher like her.
Boys in Australia are one of the poorest educated in the world when it comes to sex.
Probably why they're all gay or rednecks when it comes to the opposite sex.

You will find that it's the boys parents that have laid the charges
because...
1. The boy was distraught by the circumstance.
2. The boy innocently enjoyed the circumstance, but Mother didn't approve
3. The concept of Women giving boys a sex education, doesn't gel well with the liberation of girls getting a non sexual education from Men.

Our Sexual Expert and high achieving Breeder Unsubrocky should weigh in on this. I believe he was well educated by women when young.
