A mother who forced her daughter to marry her eventual murderer has lost an appeal against her prison sentence.
Sakina Muhammad Jan, 48, challenged her three-year jail term in the Victorian Court of Appeal, claiming she should have been shown mercy and spared jail time.
But the appeal was thrown out on Friday after the court found the sentence was adequate given the seriousness of the crime.

LOGICALLY...
An individual who [inherently] 'possesses' a criminal intent,
will tend to act in ways which 'express' that inherent criminal intent.
inherent = = existing in something as a permanent or essential attribute.LAW MAKERS [the political class]
possess the knowledge,
of how to disincentivise criminal acts, within a society of men.
I know how to disincentivise criminal acts, within a society of men.
You too, probably know how to disincentivise criminal acts, within a society of men.
Our forefathers knew.......
And yet, in 2025, ....we [the law abiding citizens] suffer the 'burden',
of living in a society where our LAW MAKERS [the political class],
refuse to introduce those disincentives [to criminal activity].
Destruction [through
rampant lawlessness], .....follows.
.....that, is being brought upon our society.
These 'proceedings' and their consequence, appear to be,
being intentionally created,
and being intentionally imposed upon us.
'Create a crisis......and then present a 'solution'.....'----- >

Isaiah 1:16
Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;
17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
Isaiah 1:21
How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers.
22 Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed with water:
23 Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.
