Then look at the post count for Extremism and then look at the post count of Relationships! You  are letting OzPol down BIG TIME! That is without looking at the QUALITY of the posts!

Why not merge Travel, Books, Games, Toolshed and Music? Lols could Mod the combined board. She is active, tries to build up Travel etc.

Ajax hasn’t visited since 24 Aug.

The way I'm feeling I doubt I'd have the energy.  Maybe next time.

We need separate boards in main menu for each state so we can slice them up one at a time.

Well, I don't usually vote in elections here but in the interests of finding out about the candidates and what they have to offer I'm wondering if anyone knows who this Dev Null is and what he plans to 'bring to the table' in the hope of being elected?

I can't find any information about him but the only other person named Dev that I've ever heard of is Dev Tarrant from the classic BBC sci-fi series Blake's 7 but if our Dev Null is anything like that I probably won't vote for him.

I am using the poll function to collect expressions of interest - so when you select the “i want to” button, your name is captured.   But, the poll function requires at least two options - i only need one - so I used dev Null is just a blank field.      When the poll time has run, I can use the names as a vote field.    Takes me back to my UNIX days

I have previously supported Grappler but he has, since this opening arose, said he did not want the job, then maybe he does, and then it seems he is a candidate.  He has said he is not up to it health wise, and is only standing in case no-one else does.  That is not good.

I will not vote for him because of all that.  Stability is what is required.

But whatever his health situation that worries him…. Maybe having modship of the tavern forum may give him the spiritual lift that’s needed…. one could be surprised how healing that could be to lots of ailments.
We all need a reason to keep on forging ahead.

He’s very active and writes a lot… always has, so that’s something to be certain of.

I’m going to do a check now… of other moderated boards to see how active all those mods are.

Grapps is a worthy contender and an active poster on this Forum. His long serving contribution to this fine Forum can be rewarded with a Mod position of a Board that seems to have an OPEN THEME as it has never really been established since it started. Even Agnes had no idea really.
I'm sure Grapps would make a great Publican or whatever, if that's the theme he runs with.

Perceptions Now rarely posts these last few years.
Mike trees and Ajax pop in for at least a week a few times in a year now. Gandalf is gone for good (he's also a Gmod would you believe). Others vanished as soon as they became mods.

They are not liars, they were truthful about their feelings… just uncertain until more inspired, and recently I sensed more inspiration and sometimes people need to get challenged before that inspiration awakens within.
Both Graps and Rocky have been in various sub forums actively engaging with many others, very socially. With Brian I sense he doesn’t tolerate people on all levels as much as what Graps and Rocky do. So a Tavern pub type suits the latter two to a tee.
