What IS the Western war aim In Ukraine?? Nation building like in Afghanistan? Or just exhausting and decimating Ukraine by supplying enough Western arms to it to keep going but not enough to defeat Russia??

'Ras' is clearly an idiot - smart but an idiot - as I said earlier here - haven't the Russian people - and add in the Ukraines - suffered enough already?  They surely need an overhaul of THEIR government - and we think we've got it bad.  Gangster capitalism and gangster government go hand in hand, and our current underlying and unspoken fight is to prevent our 'great leaders' from going down the same path - total control to suit themselves and the 'right' to use every aspect of society to retain power ... very Feudal and medieval and so in keeping with many of our recent Import 'politicians' and business people who come from such semi-Feudal countries and feel Entitled™ to install that rubbish here.

Give us - and them - a break.  At school one of our group of hooligans (well - civilised hooligans and the mainstay of the school Rugby side and in the highest IQ group) was of Russian parentage ... nobody thought him different from anyone else... just another refugee family in a nation of refugees.

Criminals overthrew democratically elected government in 2014, then they prohibited opposition parties and started war in the east against those who would not agree with them.
Now they have dictator in Kiev who was not reelected and the Rada (parliament) was not reelected either. Post maidan Ukraine is anything but democratic.

Ukraine are using weapons supplied by those who see Putin's push into Europe as a war on democracy and a warning that NATO will stand firm against Russian aggression....Putin claims using long range American weapons would bring on WW3....To support his argument that the West are escalating and interfering in the War Putin has called up Noth Korean troops to escalate and interfere in a war Russia started....The hypocricy of Putin is not suprising and neither is the support from extremist supporters of Putins war!!!
