China submitted its Mid-Century Long-Term Low Greenhouse Gas Emission Development Strategy (LTS) on October 28, 2021 to the UNFCCC and has been implemented in the Working Guidance for Carbon Dioxide Peaking and Carbon Neutrality  and the 14th Five-Year Plan. Solutions towards achieving the carbon neutrality target were also reaffirmed in China’s “Two Sessions” in March 2022 (Xinhua, 2022).

Yu Shi is associated with Feng Bo, god of the wind, and Lei Gong is the god of thunder. They are lords of interglacial ice with state funding due to teacup readings about the carbon which disturbs the eternal harmony of the ancestors.  Xi is a cashed-up devotee.
