Currently there are 98 republicans sitting on precint boards in battleground states, that are willing to not certifiy the election results if trump doesnt win.

trump and his cronies have been setting this up for 4 years. It wont work, they wont get away with it but it will sow doubt and slow things down.

Only if they retain the house, its not looking good for johnson at the moment, only 4 seats need to change hands and there are 4 seats in new york that only require 1% or less swing plus more close seats in other states.

Except, he might get away with it. Maybe.

He has Mike Johnson and SCOTUS on his side, so there's a very real chance (albeit slim) that he might actually be able to steal the election this time.

At the very least he'll slow down proceedings.

Even if she wins the electoral college, I have my doubts that we'll see Harris inaugurated in January.

The one thing in the Dem's favour is the fact that they currently occupy The White House.

Still, this is gonna be very, very messy.
