The harsh truth about Gaza is that neither a Harris nor a Trump administration will end its destruction.

And, while none will overtly support Israel, Israel's war on Gaza has the covert support of all Sunni Arab regimes in the region - they all want Gaza ended. Hamas rendered Gaza a client of the Shia agitator - Iran - an unforgivable insult to all Sunni regimes.

The region saw what happened after the overthrow of Sadam Husein's Ba'ath Party, and his execution - Iraq was handed to the Shias, thus further expanding Shia influence in the region.

Gaza will be ended and no Sunni regime in the region will mourn its destruction.

I'd bet they did.

Maybe not its extent nor the likelihood and extent of its devastation, but anyway, the worse, the better...

Not because any believed Israel would be diminished much less 'driven into the sea', but because, in a worst-case scenario, Israel's response would be so harsh, it would rid the region of Gaza altogether - which is exactly what Israel is doing.
