Neither Ten nor Wilkinson show in any good light for being so crass as to seek to prevent a legitimate appeal through imposing financial burdens.  That is, frankly, as weak as piss.

Aren't they lucky I wasn't the judge - but clearly this female judge sees things clearly - some do, you know.  Many are scum of some kind who should never be permitted to judge on anything.

I hope this case sinks both political sides, given their own crass failures in regard to legal rights and simple truth here.  Groveling to the Pussy is not the proper way to go - you deal with reality by bowing down to facts that are provable.

I don't know if Deuce (let's just call him Deuce) is guilty or not of rape... the chance is just as good that he isn't ... and the lack of evidence shows no way of ever knowing.... so the decision was wrong by Lee.... nothing more than a sycophantic, crying, prejudiced, discriminatory 'white knight' attempt to look the hero while actually being the villain.  Such a man would cheerfully have sent millions to the gas chambers on assumptions and prejudice.

Nobody has come out of this smelling like roses - and it is only fair that his appeal go forward.  Clearly there is a public interest in resolving that a person never found guilty, and  even accused only on the very flimsiest of evidence, in a 'trial' which only ever took place due to unwarranted pressure to look good over 'women's issues', should be found to have perpetrated a crime via a civil standard - which - again on that evidence - was at the very least neutral and had zero balance of probability either way.

Prejudice on the part of a 'judge' must not be permitted to colour decisions.... I know it does  - but nothing will make it right.  If they can't do the job - they should stand down or be stood down at the slightest hint of prejudice or discrimination.  If they lack the courage to do the job properly they have no place on the bench.

Clearly they have no souls .... the Imperial Guild Of Soul-less Assassins - just personal self-aggrandisement and petty gripes against the world in far too many cases.... still today....
