I think it’s fair to say government work in some way makes up the largest amount of the Australian workforce.

I really can’t blame people for voting the more workers friendly politicians in.

Also says a lot when the same people believe the same politicians are so bad they happily vote them out at possibly their own employment cost!!

7 terms is to many for any one party.

They needed a change of government, not just so that Canberra's ALP can clean house and refresh the blood, but also to remind people why they should never seriously vote libs. One term of that schmezzole that calls themselves the libs would have put Canberras ALP in good stead for another decade

Meanwhile, if Joe and Jane Average on a Centrelink pension or benefit start earning $10 a week above what they're "supposed" to earn they will have Centrelink come down on them like a ton of bricks.

Disgraceful stuff.

Labor has ALWAYS been the 'better fit' for Victoria and Victorians.
Unlike yourself, we're quite big on socialist values (or christian values, you'd know them as) and we tend to not vote on "what's in it for me" - but "what's in it for Victoria" and those less well off.

I don't know who you got the 'dirty' thing from ?
We doubt you thought it up all on your OWN - though you seem to be the only one USING it ?

In recent times - without a DOUBT - Dan Andrews and Mark McGowan have been the most popular (even loved) political leaders in the nation
The MOST common element in all of this was their EXEMPTLARY handling of the COVID19 pandemic at their local levels by listening to the medical and pandemic experts - and not the shock-jock, or ill-informed opposition rabble.

As you've pointed out, it was a giant tick to Andrews' abilities, to turn the work-force - WORLD-WIDE - into a 'gig' economy.
It was also a sign of Dan Andrews' solitary and far-reaching powers, to create a WORLD-WIDE cost of living crisis - and WORLD-WIDE record high levels of inflation
