'land returns'.... well - Native Title will permit you to walk around it.... what should be done is that checks should be made to see exactly what 'traditional use' is being made - if none - no wandering, camping and stuff... throwing a goanna on the barbie etc - cancel it as..... (distant thunder) .... unused crown land.......................................

These days you have to buy land - you don't just own it by walking around on it... I'd own half of Australia by that standard.... and the competition would be fierce....
