I know - every retailer in Australia does the same thing -

they all rip people off with fake discounts. Grin

Every retailer in the world, including those in alien worlds outside Earth's galaxy uses this sort of practice.

The only ones that don't do it are those in strictly communist countries where the price is fixed.

Discounts are a way of disposing of excess stocks especially ahead of the arrival of new stocks of goods.

I guess, you've never shopped at Louis Vuitton.

I've heard rumors that high watches such as Rolex have
many of their parts made in Japan, Taiwan and China. Wink

They are only assembled in Europe. Wink
