The Chinese have hinted themselves at the possible duplicitous nature of the aid and technology assistance. Now that becomes real conspiratorial thinking with all sorts of possible permutations, but that line of thinking came from the Chinese themselves.

We need a long trial so that all his co-conspirators can be
charged as well with crimes against humanity.
Making bio-weapons is illegal -
Fauci should be on trial in the Hague too and so should all the Chinese
scientists and bureaucrats behind it.
Of course that will never happen -
only small time crooks ever get punished.
The world needs a Nuremberg 2 trial with the gallows waiting outside.
