Hezbollah is preparing, to give 'a gift' to Lebanon.

Mark my words....

Everything which Lebanon receives,    ....will be 'the gift' from its foreign 'guest', Hezbollah.

Raymond Ibrahim: "Islam's Doctrines of Deception"

Quote:

"As to the relationship between Muslims and infidels, this is summarized by the Most High's Word: ‘We renounce you. Enmity and hate shall forever reign between us -- till you believe in Allah alone’ [Koran 60:4].
So there is an enmity, evidenced by fierce hostility from the heart. And this fierce hostility -- that is, battle -- ceases only if the infidel submits to the authority of Islam, or if his blood is forbidden from being shed [i.e., a dhimmi], or if Muslims are at that point in time weak and incapable [i.e., taqiyya].

But if the hate at any time extinguishes from the heart, this is great apostasy!

Such, then, is the basis and foundation of the relationship between the infidel and the Muslim.
Battle, animosity, and hatred -- directed from the Muslim to the infidel -- is the foundation of our religion.
And we consider this a justice and kindness to them" (from The Al Qaeda Reader).
.....It bears repeating that this hostile world view is well supported by all of Islam’s schools of jurisprudence."

I don't think many people realise that there could have and should have been peace of some form decades ago when Yasser Arafat was head of the Palestinians. The late Israeli PM Yitzhak Rabin (or it might have been Ehud Barak - I can't remember which) negotiated a peace deal with Arafat that basically gave Arafat pretty much everything the Palestinians ever wanted. The Israelis just about gave the Palestinians everything they wanted except the kitchen sink. But the hardliners behind Arafat refused to accept this deal and Arafat infamously rejected it. Now we have Hamas, which refuses to recognise Israels' right to exist and uses their own people as human shields. As long as Hamas controls the Palestinians, and as long as Iran and Lebanon support Hamas there will be no peace.

Exactly so.

I remember this 'period of time' too.

And i remember, the fact that at the end........the Palestinians/Arafat, simply refused to accept this generous deal.

At the time, i remember, it was 'characterised' as giving the Palestinians 99% of their demands.

And they simply rejected it.

'Tisha B'Av 2024: August 12-13
Tisha B'Av, the 9th day of the month of Av, is the saddest day on the Jewish calendar, on which we fast, deprive ourselves and pray. It is the culmination of the Three Weeks, a period of time during which we mark the destruction of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem.'
It begins at sunset on Monday 12th.

hi chimera,

Hmmm, yes.

'Tisha B'Av 2024: August 12-13  ......that could be a clue, as to when Iran and Hezbollah may make a move.

......like the surprise attack, was on Yom Kippur,   ....back in 1973.
