Maybe you will miss your buying opportunity Bobby.

Stock futures were off their highest levels of the session after Iranian state media said there were no direct talks between the U.S. and Iran.

Cheesy

Maybe this is Trump blinking first.

I'd still be selling your Wall street shares off -

you can't make a stable financial future out of Trump's garbage mouth.
You can't believe a word he says.

All the share markets have been hitting record highs under Trump. THE S&P500 was lower in November last year than it is now.

But this morning we narrowly avoided a Middle East apocalypse -
well for another 5 days as far as we know -
that's hardly a secure investing environment.

Until the entre Iran conflict dies down, the market is going to stay turbulent.

Trump could say/post something tomorrow and the market can tank or rise in minutes... no investment is safe

That's why I sold up.
I'm no great sailor of stormy seas and hurricanes.
I've even sold the yacht ⛵
Why keep it in port for what will be big waves up and down for quite a few years to come.
And in previous years of such chaos - more lose and sink, than win. Even the big ships with all their expertise.

If Trump can end this war quickly then stocks will rise.

So far - no end in sight.

I sold while they were still respectively up. I made a 30% profit overall after 7 years and I consider myself lucky considering quite a few times during that time, it could have been a loss if I bailed.

Meh. Maybe I'll buy back in much later in a few years when things are at their lowest and looking like they can't get any lower.
