Report: Israel told US it took out Haniyeh; White House enraged by hit

    77

Israel informed the US immediately following the assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh that it was behind the killing, the Washington Post reports, citing sources familiar with the White House’s thought process.

According to the newspaper, Biden administration officials were livid about the decision to take out Haniyeh, worrying it could upend months of careful negotiations toward a truce in Gaza.

The newspaper reports that US officials are also outraged over Israel failing to inform them before launching other operations to assassinate Hezbollah or Iranian commanders.

An anonymous Israeli official quoted by the Washington Post confirms that a phone call between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US President Joe Biden last week was “tense.”

"citing sources familiar with the White House’s thought process."

Ah... yeah ... that's reliable...

Operational Security relies on not telling anyone in advance of a move to take out a Hamas or Hezbollah honcho... leaks everywhere, Woodie...  the US knows that - they are just playing with words and pretending to be outraged when they knew it was going to happen some time.... and there are more to come.

Uneasy sits the head of the new head of Hamas... at some point in the future it could be fifty feet from the body parts...

Still waiting for Mullah-strike...

I'd bet the mullahs will be allowed to fire off some drones which will be allowed to reach Israel and, so long as no one is killed, that'll be that.

If they overstep and kill anyone in a strike, Israel will convert a mullah or two into pink mist.

The mullahs may believe in Allah's existence, but they ain't gonna risk finding out by being splattered against a palace wall.

There are persistent rumors that Ismail Haniyeh died in his bed.

The report i listened to said the bomb was put under his bed.

When he turned the lights off that was the signal to turn his lights off.

I hear reports the Islamic regime has executed about 20 Iranians for this attack.

It has been 10 days where is this revenge attack on Israel?
