most people try to regulate ther happiness and their core confidence by trying to get all their ducks in a row

they feel happy  and confident if they think they are accomplishing this

the ducks might be having cash, having a supportive partner, feeling safe, having people validate them ,
having a boss who appreciates them, having few critics and lots of fans

they feel that if they can accomplish this they can be happy and feel confident

the trouble is its all very unstable

loss of cash, a break up, danger, people mobbing them, getting criticised, losing their fan base causes them to lose their peace of mind


this is where trump really has gone to a new level

he doesnt care how many ducks are not in a row, in fact it can all evaporate and he remains just as confident in his core

its a super power and worth emulating and studying .
