Thomas has a biological advantage.

Went from an ordinary male swimmer to being a 'female' swimmer laps ahead of the competition.

Common sense ruling in my opinion.

The US swimmer Lia Thomas, who rose to global prominence after becoming the first transgender athlete to win a NCAA college title in March 2022, has lost a legal case against World Aquatics at the court of arbitration for sport – and with it any hopes of making next month’s Paris Olympics.

The 25-year-old also remains barred from swimming in the female category after failing to overturn rules introduced by swimming’s governing body in the summer of 2022, which prohibit anyone who has undergone “any part of male puberty” from the female category.

They have given the athlete an obvious digital peen.

A previous poster used to do this all the time with Hillary Clinton or Michelle Obama photos.

The original is very different.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, but under most circumstances, you'd have to go out of your way to find this type of version of the photo...

No-op - just took a few drugs that thinks were not placebos and said becomes a woman.

Amazes me that so many of these imagine they can call themselves women just by saying so. Utter nonsense. At least the Cass Review is taking hold and no more minors will be pushed through this 'affirmation' madness.... but will receive full screening and counselling properly and not just in how to get what they imagine they want due to social media posts.

I'm not making any comment on the subject, I don't know enough about trans issues, HRTs impact on male bodies etc and how that translates to fairness in sports.

But I do know how much the truth matters, digital art and Photoshop.

It's ironic that you'll go on about what is or isnt fake given some of the lies that underpin and form the very foundation of some of the stances you've adopted.
