Perth is not a very historical place. Most of it is like Germany, rebuilt after massive bombings: it is newish, clean and works well. A few older buildings on a modest scale. Surprised by the number of vacant lots in the city. Still planning to rebuild after the bombings, perhaps...

A Perth health clinic has been repeatedly targeted by a jogger who has been using its doorstep as a toilet.

Staff at the Osborne Park clinic expressed their frustration and concern after the incident occurred multiple times.

In March, the woman was almost caught in the act by a passing car.

In April, the jogger was seen seemingly stopping her fitness tracker before defecating on the disability access ramp.

Clinical psychologist Grant Brecht suggested the behaviour could be indicative of a deeper issue.

"This one - because it's gone on four times - could well be something to do with obsessive compulsive disorder that this woman might have," Brecht said.  "And they believe that if they don't do something, then something terrible or awful could happen."

Markey suggested the jogger might need assistance.

"I believe it's a cry for help, why she targets us," she said.  "We'd love her to come in and see our GP and see if we can do something to help her."
