And that's paid for by the taxpayer.

The whole article is a non issue and the emphasis should be about a better diet because statistically Aboriginals have a lesser life expectancy than other Australians because of higher rates of diabetes, kidney disease and associated illnesses driven by poor diets/nutrition and substance abuse.

The cost of a packet of Tim Tams should not be news worthy nor in the least of any concern as an issue for remote communities like Kalumburu.
