I expected an accident Sniff Sniff, damn a bit doggy but no disaster! Wasting no time, got the lead on her, led her outside—the Falls of Niagara happened. I was impressed. Good dog that Socks!

I just have to laugh at that one.

When we got our dog back in the late 1980s, he had a lot of trouble getting toilet trained. So, given that he was a puppy, it was difficult for him to go up and down the stairs to take a piss. We had to keep an eye on the dog as much as we could for signs that he needed a toilet break. Then we would carry him downstairs.

The dog learned how to whimper at the door to get us to open the door for him when he needed to go outside. But, apart from those trips outside, he would love to spend time inside and with his family.
