Hamas is the aggressor and it is entirely up to them where the fighting takes place. They could choose to invade Israel and fight there. They could choose to fight in rural areas of Gaza. Of they could choose to fight in the most densely populated cities among Gazan civilians. It is entirely up to them. Israel has no control over their choice and no responsibility for it, or the consequences.

Jesus, man - this is war - one team takes out the shield, another takes out the target. Review the Kennedy shoot frame by frame and see what actually happens.

The Israeli army is taking unnecessary casualties because it is trying to limit genuine civilian casualties - it could just as easily give notice, declare that a certain area will be a free fire zone from a certain date, and then proceed on the assumption that all those remaining are combatants or enablers.. ammo carriers etc.

It would mean far fewer Israeli casualties and a much faster end to this fighting.

Israel's mistake was not going hard and fast enough to prevent 'world opinion' from getting into gear and start blaming the real victims... Israelis and their families and friends and fellow countrymen.

Some of you are truly sick....

There is the question of Jurisdiction since Israel hasn't signed up to Rome Statute which Palestine has.

Did anyone notice mistake in calling it territory of Israel and state of Palestine?
The Palestinians have been offered a state numerous times they rejected it everytime.

Hamas are guilty of extermination the video evidence they livestreamed on Oct 7th shows them killing every man woman and child in Kibbutz they raided.

Hamas are guilty of murder and taking hostages the music festival massacre they livestreamed is evidence.
