This video is really fascinating or maybe it is the period covered.

Beginnings of agriculture and animal husbandry, dogs already long domesticated by then of course but sheep, goats and pigs were domesticated, then cows.

Wheat was a favorite cereal: could make beer, bread and gruel.

Metallurgy also started back then.

Beginnings of urbanisation/civilisation—Jericho was the first city ever built.
