Great songs and commercial hits down through the decades.
But this EuroVision (and last) were nothing short of Joe 'Bedlam' Biden and Democrat Lefty Woke CRAP.

Songs are more about 'Sound', than 'Vision' (like Art).
Reckon the Contest needs a name change now that the Trans, Drags and footstools have taken it over.  Roll Eyes

Sarah Bonnici (Malta) was the stand out 'babe' + a great performance. Super hot and super hot singing and super hot performance. The Song itself was good enough to support these factors - just.

Bambie Thug was 'amazing' in a very innovative and very 'European' style both with the historic theme of Pre-Christian Europe and amazing visual performance. The 'duality' of the song slamming from a Punk-thrash to a gentle moonlit night sound, to casting a spell - all simply an amazing Song that was so catchy it could indeed be a Commercial Hit around the world.

alyona alyona & Jerry Heil.
Well, what can I say - pure 'Eurovision' classic style and soul. Simple but very strong. Amazing rap lyrical insert that didn't detract from the emotion of the song surprisingly, in fact - it was done so well that it allowed the emotion of the song to take a breath, even if Alyona Alyona didn't look like she took a breath the entire rap lyrical insert. Jerry Heil had that slight Kate Bush touch about her with her dramatic push.

Nemo - the 'Winner' (?)
Some 'novelty' of a dude trying to be a chick in a dull solo with a song that was... oh bloody hell - this song is just CRAP, especially in comparison to the three 'Female' songs mentioned above by Malta, Ireland & Ukraine.

Throw this 'winner' song in with the 'most of the rest' and well, this Eurovision was slim pickings indeed.
But with many re-listenings to the songs. The three I mentioned above are real good 'stand apart' efforts and I think Jerry Heil's career will take off. Bambie will become a cult classic and Sarah Bonnici is already got a Bond Girl contract being written up.

...you could say, this Eurovision was the most obvious 'SHAM' I've seen yet!

I love Eurovision but boycotted it this year.

I was well pleased to see SBS offer it but not pimp it like they usually do. A very low key offering for 2024.

Well that's pretty pathetic going by traditional Eurovision standards to get 'politically' involved by boycotting Nations and their music.
REAL F_UCKIN STUPID (AS POLITICS) EH?! Roll Eyes

Banning Israel is like banning a person for Homosexuality, etc. A real f_uck up the arse, isn't it?

She's a witch.     Shocked

Very talented in some respects. Some of her other stuff is almost just 'Porn Flick' rubbed off as 'Art'.  Roll Eyes
She's a masturbating Non-Binary (slash) Lesbian who needs a 'Male' in her performance to work and as an Irish, can identify with Palestinians against Israel like Ireland against England (and for no other reason really. It's never about the 'terrorism' you see. Roll Eyes). Hence her support for Israel's boycott.

...she copped a lot of negatives in Ireland when chosen to represent. A lot of 'Catholics' didn't like her SATANISM. But she said it isn't 'satanism', its just the Pagan Culture before Christians invaded and genocided Europeans with Middle-Eastern lies of Oppression.  Grin She's probably right there. Germany ditched Christianity (which turned out to be Nazism) and now does very well at Eurovisions.

Melkor (Morgoth) only wanted to be in Eurovision.
Religious mythology books never really was his thing.
For one thing, they wrote that he was a bad guy for not conforming.
He just wanted to play guitar, not read a book.  Wink

Avada Kedavra, I speak to destroy
The feelings I have, I cannot avoid
Through twisted tongues, a hex deployed on you
That all the pretties in your bed
Escape your hands and make you sad
And all the things you wish you had you'd lose
I, I, I know you're living a lie
I, I, I see the scars in your eyes
I, I, I know you're living a lie
I, I
I guess you'd rather have a star than the moon
I guess I always overestimate you
Hoodoo, all the things that you do
I'm down, down in my doomsday blues
I, I, I know you're living a lie
I, I, I know you're living a lie
Avada Kedavra, the thoughts in my head
The places I touch when lying in bed
The visions of you, the words that you said, undo
My heartbeat buried in the ground
And to the strings I bind, you're bound
So when you sleep, you'll hear the sound (ah!)
I, I, I know you're living a lie
I, I, I see the scars in your eyes
I, I, I know you're living a lie
I, I
I guess you'd rather have a star than the moon
I guess I always overestimate you
Hoodoo, all the things that you do
I'm down, down in my doomsday blue
I guess you'd rather have a star than the moon
I guess I always overestimate you
Hoodoo, all the things that you do
I'm down, down in my doomsday blue
For your romance, I'd beg, steal and borrow
It's draining me hollow, you
(I guess you'd rather have a)
(Star than the moon) you slow dance me out of my sorrow
(I guess you'd rather have a star than the moon) but your favourite colour
Compared to the others is doom, doomsday blue
Blue
Blue
Blue, blue, blue, blue
Blue, blue, blue, blue
Blue, blue, blue, blue
Blue, blue, blue, blue
Avada Kedavra, I speak to destroy!

Eurovision organisers BANNED the EU flag to appease the baying Hamas mob in Malmö.

The rainbow flag was ok.

A bunch of spineless, Bbwianesque, squishy invertebrates.
