How would the Judge adjudicate on that one?

The Judge would have to say: "In the event that coloured people held the power in this country, one could reasonable assume that the roles would be reversed, and therefore coloured people could be called racist by white people ... I find the accuser guilty of divisiveness and lacking common sense. I also find her to be guilty of assuming she has less power than white people when she herself is holding a seat in the Senate. The accuser must pay all court costs"

You don't actually expect sense from a 'court' these days, do you? Courts these days are nothing more than an extension of the way out political philosophy and platform of the government of the day - appointed to be in their pockets, same as public service top levels are contracted to be in their pockets - and thus only capable and desirous of rendering a result to suit the government of the day.

Look at the Bruce Decision - a landmark and watershed - Aussie, in the case where rape was a hanging offence, would convict his own son instantly without a hearing on the basis of a drunken memory conveniently recalled far later and for which all available corroborative evidence has been destroyed largely at the hands of the plaintiff - and would then frog-march said son to the scaffold.

So Aussie says... but we all know what a liar he is .....

So you should be expecting that His Honour Judge S'Offtkok will find absolute validity in the ravings of The Mad Paki Musso sheila promoted instantly way above her capabilities in this Poor Fellow, My Country.

A 22-year-old black student has accused police and prosecutors of misusing hate speech laws intended to protect minorities after she was charged for using the N-word in a tweet.

Jamila A, who lives in London, was charged under the Communications Act 2003 in July 2023 after referring to the black Newcastle United footballer Alexander Isak as a “black person” in a tweet.

Her legal team argued the term was widely used in African American vernacular English and black British English and differed significantly from the racial slur ending in “-er”.

Jamila told the Guardian she had been prosecuted for speaking in a way “that came naturally to me as a black woman”.

“Everyone was so angry on my behalf: my mum, my siblings, my friends … They just thought it was outrageous because, of all the people they could prosecute for saying the N-word, they chose another black person.”

She added: “I can go outside right now … and there’d be a million people who listen to rap songs that have the N-word in there and they sing along to it but nothing will ever happen to them, but they will get you, a black person, for saying the N-word in your language.”

Farcical. There shouldn't be such idiotic language policing.

A black person calling a black person a black person is not a racial slur. Only a non-black person calling a black person a black person is.

Racism is not just from a position of cultural power, but also from the poor as Muslim racism is to dominate as the 'outbreeder' of other races. That is, Muslim children first, before others. They're probably teaching their kids to harass, bully, gang up on in numbers and attack isolated white kids with emotional 'racism' abuse as well.
Outbreed the whities and force them to flee via violence.

It seems to work by the look of the major cities these days.
Poor whites can't compete. While the rich ones are all homosexuals with little white fluffy dogs as children.
You only have to look at the poor white suburbs where all the single white mothers have darkie kids from Mussos, Polynesians, Abos and Indians.

Not how I see it, calling someone the n word is racist, it does not matter what color the person is, the actual act of calling someone the n word is the crime. If a crime is decided by the color of the person then that law would be racist.

If a white Australian man rapes an Aboriginal woman/girl,
that would be a serious crime, .......AND IDENTIFIED AS A RACIST ACT.

But if a Aboriginal man raped an Aboriginal woman/girl, today,
it would be a serious crime, .......AND IT WOULD BE A RACIST ACT......TO SPEAK ABOUT IT.

'Truth Telling'......is when Aboriginal grievances against white Australia are publicised.

Jasmine Crockett Says She Was Just Criticizing GOP Policies When She Called Gov. Abbott 'Honky Boy In The Wheelchair Whose Legs Don't Work No More'

U.S. — Texas Representative Jasmine Crockett is under fire for comments made during a banquet in Los Angeles where she referred to Texas Governor Greg Abbott as "that honkey boy in the wheelchair whose legs don't work no more." However, Crockett states that her words are being twisted, as she was only blasting GOP policies.

"I was only criticizing Republican tax policies when I called him 'Captain Wheelchair McCripple,'" Rep. Crockett clarified. "Besides, he likes the name. I mean, look at him. He has no legs."

While speaking at the event, Crockett also referred to Abbot as Governor Micro Machines, Speed Racer, and Professor Charles Xavier.

Governor Greg Abbott hit back at Crockett for the perceived slight. "Why someone would insult another human being at a Human Rights Campaign event, of all places, is beyond me," he said. "I am a human! Don't let the wheelchair confuse you."

Washington Democrats were quick to defend Crockett's words, arguing they should be taken as an allegory for how the GOP is crippling the American people. "She's black," said House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. "It's impossible for her to insult a white paraplegic like Governor Furiosa."

At publishing time, Jasmine Crockett denied ever knowing "Optimus Roller Wheels."
