You can do better, darling - surely you don't want to lead your entire life out of contact with reality. Parts of this world are filled with beauty - you don't need drugs to lower your inhibitions enough to simply enjoy them. It won't always be heaven or earth-shaking - things are constantly in a state of flux - but apart from some of the people in it and the clear dangers that crop up - there is magic in the Earth. Come with me - enjoy the ride - let go of your trapped mind... what did they do to you?

So bitter... so twisted... and at such a young age... that's more the province of a mothra ... you can still be saved from a life of mediocrity and depression. All it takes is a little kindness and removal of your shoulder chips as first stops.... and the world is your oyster.

These vessels were recorded at Cooktown and photographed north of Innisfail.
'Outrigger canoes used by Torres Strait Islanders are the largest and most complex watercraft ethnographically documented for nineteenth century Indigenous Australians. Measuring up to 21 m in length, these vessels were central to the functioning of Torres Strait Islander society in terms of marine subsistence and the movement of people and goods between islands and the adjacent mainlands of New Guinea and Australia.'

... and then there are the stars at night without ambient town light...... on a clear night you CAN see forever ... I miss the night air after the frost has come through and cleared all the dust out..... that time when there were three planets in conjunction and on top of one another was incredible.... Halley's Comet with the naked eye.... no wonder the old desert nomads felt a religious surge... no wonder Lawrence preferred the desert to civilisation.....

Fire in the sky in Colorado, Marla... why would you choose to cloud your mind's perception of such beauty? What is the point? Sounds like you need to leave them town folk behind..... walk out of Hell ...

What is this spirituality the takes over a human? This sense of belonging to something incredible, the very sight of which makes you humble and god-like all in one.... I am not religious... more a combination of a sort of lax Buddhism and a Plains Indian concept of belonging ... I can see how the Plains Indians would develop that sense of belonging and deep spiritual connection, Little Star...
