There is no way on this God forsaken earth that Google or any other company are going to get a copy of my drivers licence or any other form of personal ID.

They tried this on earlier this year when I received emails from Google about this for both of my accounts (which I only use for Gmail anyway).

The ID's are *supposed* to be deleted immediately after verification but I've heard of many cases where that hasn't happened.

And, yes, I know this is the fault of governments with their 'protect the children' BS but that just goes to show how stupid and incompetent they are because one minute they're telling people to stay safe online and to beware of scams, data breaches and identity theft then next minute they come up with crap like this.

And, as I said, all of this BS has nothing to do with protecting children. Governments want control of what is being said online (especially about them) and they want to know who everyone is - no anonymous ID's anymore if they get their way.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is the reason why we should not let companies (big or small) have any form of personal ID for whatever reason.

Governments, of course, should be aware of this. They no doubt are aware but they obviously don't care.

Sold a 1/2oz to an "Aussie" yesterday. My second Australian customer to date. He was from Canberra (pronounced 'Can, bear ya.) Bit of a real disappointment in that he wanted this subpar strain that I sell to the fat Texunn and Cali trash. I would have gave him a discount on a better strain you know being a kangaroo rooter you just have to feel for the guy but he wanted the subpar strain.

Had my first customers from New Zealand this morning. They told me some interesting tidbit about your rooters. For example, they told me "You will finds no bigger racist in the world than Australians."
