Our diets are full of over processed foods.

I take 1 probiotic capsule a day to try and maintain better gut health .....

If the human gut is evolving minus gut bacteria that can dissolve/digest cellulose then what good would it be taking "cellulose" capsules????

I would have thought a capsule containing these Ruminococcus microbes to reinstate the ability to digest cellulose would be what's required ... not cellulose capsules???

Probiotics  are largely BS.
Just eat a cup of beans a day and you'll create the environment where the good microbes will flourish.

A cup of what sort of beans?

I recommend baked, otherwise you might have trouble digesting them.

most of the cheaper ones are

the good bacteria are available and quite cheaply in things like proper sauerhraut and kamboocha and yoghurt

note most bottled and pickled sauerkrauts have been pasteruised, they are sterile and just flavoured with vinager

same with most natural yoghurts

ryan holliday has some simple recipes for making your own for cents

you only have to feed them a bit of sugary water to keep them going

There's the hook.

How many plants did the Eskimos eat?

Did they evolve by eating whatever they had, would anemic vegans cope with Eskimo diet?
