There are rumours that Putin suspects US links. This is because Russia is a small, unarmed parkland among the pine trees and has very few police. The US took advantage of the peaceful picnic population singing quaint folk songs in the snow and did very bad things. Russia has one army tank and Ukraine took all the missiles.
