Just when we were making headway over alerting the people to the reality of the Dark Government - the 'government within a government' that comprises public service bodies... bodies not subject to the ballot box and increasingly under the control direct of the party of the day through 'contracted' heads etc.... the Dark City where decisions are made and implemented by 'regulation' and 'departmental policy' rather than through legislated approval of the body of the people......
The only body of the people they recognise is the corpse after they have run over it....
