An interesting Whistler clip on the Normanist Theory regarding the area of Ukraine and the Slavic identity independent of the Norse/Rus...
Ukraine has been part of 'many nations' - so in truth, beyond the propaganda of national identities. I guess it just comes down to 'Might is Right'.

Yes Russia is Swedish. 'Brezhnev' is a form of 'British' and Old English language is close to Old Swedish. In fact, Britain has inherited Russia and Charles III of Australia is Czar.
