Vaccine mandates have been ruled unlawful.

It’s been a long time coming but today a little bit of justice has finally been served.

Congratulations to brave police officers and paramedics who stood up to the tyranny of the State government and their minions who violated people’s human rights.

I hope this sets a precedent for other employees to sue employers who violated human rights by enforcing Covid vaccine mandates.

26.01(1)(a), (c) and (d) of the Federal Court Rules 2011 (Cth), the proceedings
against the first respondent and second respondent be dismissed on the grounds that
the applicant has no reasonable prospect of successfully prosecuting the proceedings
against the respondents because the applicant is not an “aggrieved person” within the
meaning of s 147(1) of the Gene Technology Act 2001 (Cth), and otherwise has no
standing to bring the proceeding.
2. The applicant pay the first respondent’s and second respondent’s costs of, and
incidental to, the proceeding.

This is a tweet reply with a screenshot, of a link that claims to be from
The Epoch Times, which hasn't published any article providing
any context or story on this FOIA request—or even confirmed it's real.

In other words, it's a third party commentary, on a third party commentary,
of the journalism effort of a news corporation—which the news corporation
itself hasn't provided an article on, or even verified as real or fake on
their own website.

The Epoch Times has promoted an array of pro-Donald Trump conspiracy
theories, and is known as one of Trump's closest media allies and defenders.

The paper has financially benefited from its promotion of Trump conspiracies,
increasing its revenue nearly fourfold during the first three years of Trump's
administration (from $3.9 million in 2016 to $15.5 million in 2019) as it catered
to Trump's most ardent supporters.

The publication championed Trump's "Spygate" conspiracy theory in its news
coverage and advertising, and the Epoch Media Group's Edge of Wonder
videos on YouTube spread the far-right, pro-Trump QAnon conspiracy theory
and embraces false QAnon claims.

The Epoch Times spread misinformation related to the COVID pandemic in print
and via social media including Facebook and YouTube.  In 2022, Raquel Miguel
of the European watchdog EU DisinfoLab said, "The Epoch Times has played
a noticeable role in transmitting and amplifying many anti-vaccine narratives"
