Australia hit the wall? Is depopulation the answer
Feb 26th, 2024 at 11:08am

Is the only way of addressing the house price and rent price problem depopulation.

In Italy, house prices fell to 1 Euro in some towns.

Can Australia afford not to have $1 house prices?

yes, deporting all of the fake students, visa rorters and gasterbeiters waiting on permanent residency is the first step. there's a f_ckload of them. then it's time to go down the list of all the people on a variety of visa categories, often eliminating those visa class categories outright and deporting all those on them (such as working holiday visas, various refugee class visas etc) and then scrutinising and arresting/deporting those individuals suspected to have been rorting other non-rescinded visa categories (such as partner visas - huge scam magnet especially with the non-judicial domestic violence pathway). eliminating this mob would be a serious good start.

All miscreants and socially undesirables and enemies of the state on the buses NOW - Aborassic Park is your new home... we throw in a bag of rice a week and see who is alive after every month or so...

Raus, Untermenschen - RAUS!!  Or we send in the dogs.... but don't worry - these dogs are culturally sensitive as now in the ADF...

You will find that Australia is a bit of a Pandora's Box and the answer to the world's over-population 'crime'.
Australia has 'traditionally' existed like a minimalist population growth putting quality over quantity. Only in the last few years of 500,000+ immigration has it gone against this grain in the wood.

When Australia is finally 'opened up' officially as a New World independently.
The influx of immigration will increase greatly into the millions as too will its self-sufficient population growth (mostly of Blonde real 'whites') of race.
As Australia's population explodes both internally and from external. The World's populations in other Regions will catch the older Australian disease of Minimalism and they will crash to a more sustainable and responsible level of growth - no longer an out of control 'over-population'.

Currently in the 20's of millions. Australia will be hundreds of millions by the next 50 years.
...but of course, this comes with the fact that Australia as a continent isn't environmentally viable for such, with the majority (mostly interior) of it poorly habitable and the idea of prime Coastal lands being decimated for 'cities' can only go so far.
But technology being what it is - a new state of living ability will be found 'under water' and that's where the spill-over will head - into the 'New World' under water.

This is a very small world and with only a small amount of options at its disposal to be had. Living under the oceans, will be easier to achieve than trying to live on a dead world (Mars) that will just beat down all efforts to kick start life there. As is Venus. Two reminders, two directions - that humanity must learn not to take. War & Suicide.

Maybe you have been watching the recent "Total Recall" movie where people are crowded into small sections of the world. Australia's population will not exceed 50 million people. If it does, I won't be around to see it.

The most likely scenario will be that the world will see a depopulation take place in the next 10 to 20 years. We know China has stalled and is about to depopulate. India will probably do the same soon, too.

Like I said. If the World wants to 'Open Up' Australia with its 'minimalistic' population growth.
Then it will catch the Australian disease of minimalism, while Australia is infected by the global 'over-population' disease.

In other words: Australia will take up the slack and the world will enjoy some respite in return.

The thing about the world losing their excess population to places like Australia, they are exporting mainly the professionals. Doctors, engineers, lecturers, etc., are moving out of countries like India to Australia. So, there is a professionals drain to third world countries that are leaving the third worlders to compete for those higher positions in those countries.

South Africa, for example, saw an exodus of white South Africans from South Africa to the tune of about 1 million people over a ten year period of time after the end of apartheid. It was not long during the exodus that the ANC saw that they were losing their best and brightest. Given the likelihood that South Africa was in a state of chaos without their professionals, the SA government called for a return of their emigrants.
