Ivan and his half-brother Anton came to Australia with their mother, who divorced General Sirski in 2014. Anton is Sirski's biological son, while Ivan was born from a previous marriage.
Their communication with their father was interrupted in 2014, when Syrsky chose to participate in the "anti-terrorist operation" launched by Kiev against the Donbass republics.
Since 2014, the brothers have participated in many pro-Russian activities in Sydney.
The video shows how one of the Syrskyi brothers and the gathered "Cossacks" greet the recent Russian occupation of Avdejevka and exclaim long live Russia.
