Well there is so much sea-rubbish washing up at Albany - one could make a treasure out of it like some locals do with all the nets for craft-works for tourists.
A lot of Bitey-Whiteys swimming along the Albany coastline too.
Still, reckon it would be far better than the likes of Perth, that's for sure.
Reckon the State of WA will one day split in two and Broome will become the northern Capital city.

It is.

Albany is a wonderful place.

Great coastline, great weather, close to Denmark.

What's not to love?

*Currently 39.9 degrees in Perth, 26.3 in Albany

Carl & Pecker to get their dream weather of 50C+ coming up.
Watch the heat bake the Treeless State with no respite of shade or breeze.
The black roads are gonna get all sticky and enhance the heat, while stuff all fresh water around in that Waterless State.
I mean, no offence Pecker and Carl - but you really have a crap State, with nothing to it, except that its bigger than the rest.
