If the thrust of that quote by Cicero is accurate, where [in our own human environs] should [or could], we expect to discover, true human virtue ?

i.e.
....surely if glory is present, glory should be easily recognised.

Is human virtue in a place, in an environment, where there is order and true justice,
and where there is competence and honesty in governance ?

Or [as many do inform us in this age], does human virtue reside, where many are seen to labour in order to achieve [so called] 'social justice' ?

And on another 'social equity' front, does human virtue reside with those who call for 'truth telling' ?

Please define, 'truth telling' ?

Where is virtue found, in human culture today ?

Is it found within Christian religious bodies and their social structures ?

Is it found within the structures of ISLAMIC societies ?

Is it found within those nations today who identity with, and profess, the political ideology we call democracy ?

Is there glory, or any human virtue, where sporting excellence is displayed ?
